China Construction Fifth Bureau Installation Engineering Co.,LTD placed an order with Dingbo Power for a 800kW Yuchai diesel generator set in April. The diesel genset was used for the Continued Construction Project of Shenzhen Great World Shopping Mall.
The genset is a 800kW 1000kVA diesel generator featuring the Yuchai YC6TH1320-D31 engine & Engga EG400-800N3 alternator, with a 1000L day tank. The dimensions (LxWxH) of the diesel generator set are 4.2 x 1.8 x 2.4 meters.
YC6TH1320-D31 series engine is a self-developed product by Yuchai. It combines the advanced technology in the field of engines both at home and abroad, including positive design by using CAE technology to develop high strength of the structure of the body, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rod and other main parts. The high-performance turbocharged inter-cooled, efficient combustion and other technical means make this engine is characterized by low fuel consumption, low emission, high reliability, strong loading capability and maintainability.
The body of the generator set is made of high-strength material. With a cambered and stiffener design and a four-bolt main bearing structure, the genset has significant features: high stiffness, low vibration, low noise.
