If they are loose, they can be repaired by heavy riveting blades; if the inclination angle of the fan blades is not correct (the inclination angle of each blade should be normally 40°-45°), it needs to be corrected by cold pressing .

The method is as follows: fix the blade and the frame under the special purpose, and put it on the iron for inspection. When checking, gently move the blade by hand to make the impeller with shaft rotate on the shaped iron. After it stops automatically, mark the lower impeller. Repeat this several times. If the same blade is located in the lower position each time, it means that the blade is relatively heavier than the other blades. Use a grinding wheel to grind off a little metal on its end or rear side to achieve static balance.
