Dingbo Power Produced A 400kW Shangchai Diesel Generator Set for Fangchenggang Evergrande Yuelanwan Project

In May Dingbo Power signed a contract with Guangxi Gangqi Investment Co., Ltd. for a 400KW Shangchai diesel generator set, which would become the emergency backup power supply for Fangchenggang Evergrande Yuelanwan Project. The diesel genset includes a heavy-duty Shangchai 12GTAA27-G34 diesel engine, a Shuangtong alternator and a SmartGen HGM9320 controller. The generator set has great advantages in product quality, reliability and economy.

SDEC 12GTAA27-G34 Generator Drive Engine uses a 12 Cylinder design and V-line, water-cooled, four strokes, direct injection and 4 values type. The overall size is smaller than the same power diesel engine. With supercharging and intercooling technology, the 12GTAA27-G34 generator drives the engine (1500 RPM) with a displacement of 26.6 L, which meets the national Ⅲ emission standards. The diesel generator optimizes the design of the lubrication and cooling system, reduces the number of external pipelines and parts, and uses the whole brushless alternator to greatly improve the three leakage and greatly enhance the reliability. In addition, the cracking connection rod design makes the generator maintenance more convenient.

The Shangchai diesel engine adopts microcomputer control system and good overall technical design. The production and assembly of these engine series discard the technical design defects of the assembly unit, which are more in line with the standard technical requirements. The engine uses a new combustor to increase the fuel injection pressure, improve the combustion process, and achieve environmental protection indicators.

SDEC Power generator drive engine adopts an integral crankshaft, a gantry body, a flat cut connecting rod, and a short piston, with a compact and reasonable shape.
