On June 24, 2021, Dingbo Power received the bid-winning notice from the Sichuan Renshou Branch of China Railway Co., Ltd., and was officially confirmed as the winning bidder for the diesel generator set project of the resettlement house in the China Railway Sichuan Heilongtan International Ecotourism Resort. A total of 5 diesel generators won the bid this time, all of which are equipped with Shanghai Marathon generators for Shangchai diesel engines, including three 500KW units, one 600KW unit and one 400KW unit.

It is reported that the Heilongtan project cooperating with Xingguang Company this time covers an area of 34,000 mu, with an estimated total investment of more than 40 billion yuan and a development period of 10 years. It is invested and built by China Railway Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd.
