1. When it is found that the diesel generator set consumes too much oil, first check whether there is oil leakage at the connections between the body and the gear chamber cover, the large plate on the side of the running wheel, the rear cover, and the cover. In case of oil leakage, pay attention to observe whether the sealing gasket of each connection part is complete, and replace the damaged gasket. If the gasket is complete, check whether the connecting screws of each part are loose. Use a wrench to tighten the loose bolts to the specified torque. If the above parts are basically normal, and the oil leakage is at the position of the frame, the oil casing should be checked. The main inspection part is at the front end of the oil casing side on the same side as the travel wheel. It is mostly because the screws of the machine base are loose, and the travel wheel is pulled by the V-belt. The bottom and the frame angle iron that protects the oil shell have long-term friction, and the oil shell is worn through to form a gap and oil leakage occurs.

2. The normal wear and tear caused by the long-term use of the diesel generator set engine, or the abnormal wear caused by improper maintenance, will cause longitudinal stretch marks on the cylinder liner of the diesel engine, and the cylinder diameter and piston side clearance exceed the specified values, which will make the piston ring support The force is reduced accordingly, and the phenomenon of oil scraping is not clean. Or because the inner support torsion spring in the oil ring is disconnected at the opening position of the oil ring, the oil scraping is not clean and participates in the combustion, resulting in serious oil consumption symptoms, which is manifested as difficulty in starting the diesel engine and obvious blue smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe. , the respirator has serious fuel injection. In addition, the side of the piston that should be upwards is in an upside-down state due to the inversion of the direction during assembly.
