How to Clean the Filter of Volvo Diesel Generator Set?

When changing the oil during the seasonal transition, all parts of the entire fuel supply system should be cleaned. (1) To connect two units in parallel, first adjust the no-load voltage and voltage regulation characteristics of the two units to be exactly the same. This is a prerequisite to ensure the complete and even distribution of the reactive power of the two units, and it is also the subsequent adjustment of the two units. The basis for the equal distribution of power. Only after the above two adjustments and balances can it be ensured that the output voltages of the two units operating in parallel are equal under any load, and at the same time the power is equally distributed, so as to ensure that the circulating current is 0 (ideal state). It shows that the root cause of circulating current is that the no-load voltages of the two units are not completely equal or the voltage regulation characteristics are different, resulting in unequal output voltages and circulating currents.


(2) The no-load voltage and voltage regulation characteristics of the two units are equal, and the output currents of the two units are not equal, that is, the power distribution of the two units is uneven, which will also cause U1 and U2 to be unequal, resulting in circulating current.


(3) There are many factors that affect the distribution of reactive power, such as the characteristics of automatic voltage regulators and the stabilizing effect of the voltage equalizing link, which will not be analyzed here.


Check the fuel filter element, if it is clogged or there are a lot of impurities, please replace the fuel filter; check the fuel supply pipeline, if there is any leakage, deal with it to prevent air from entering the fuel supply pipeline when the engine is running; check the air Use compressed air to clean or replace the filter element of the filter element; measure the fuel temperature, if the fuel temperature exceeds 50℃, please cool down the fuel or add fuel to reduce its temperature; check the engine exhaust pipe to ensure that the exhaust pipe reaches Smooth, ensure that the exhaust pressure is less than 90mmhg; in the cold state or after 5-10 minutes of shutdown, check the oil level of the oil pan with a dipstick. If the oil level has exceeded the "H" level, please drain the excess oil It is advisable to keep the liquid level between the "L" and "H" positions close to the "H" position; in the running state, check the air pipe between the rear end of the turbocharger and the intake manifold with the necessary tools ( Pay attention to prevent burns caused by high-temperature and high-pressure gas), and tighten the leaking parts.
