The basic working principle of the generator set is that diesel fuel is injected into the cylinder and burns quickly to form high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which pushes the piston down and drives the crankshaft to rotate through the connecting rod. In this way, heat energy is converted into mechanical energy.
In order for the generator set to work continuously, when the piston moves up and down in the cylinder, it must be able to perform the four processes of air intake, contraction, work and exhaust. Together, these four processes are called the working cycle of the diesel engine. A diesel engine with a working cycle completed within four strokes of the piston (crankshaft rotation) is called four-stroke diesel. The functions and interrelationships of the above components are: the intake valve is used to suck in fresh air; the exhaust valve is used to remove the cylinder The burned exhaust gas injector is used to inject diesel into the cylinder to burn the cylinder head, piston and cylinder liner. The three components form a combustion air; one end (small end) is connected to the piston, and the other end (big end) is connected to the uranium. The flywheel is fixed to the crankshaft.
When the gas in the combustion chamber burns and expands and the generator set moves downwards, the connecting rod pushes the curved sleeve to rotate, and vice versa. Using the inertial force of the crankshaft and the flywheel rotating together, the piston can also be pushed up and down through the connecting rod. In this way, the up and down reciprocating movement of the piston constitutes the basic condition of the diesel engine working cycle.
