The Principle of The Perkins Generator

Perkins generator was founded in 1932, based diesel and natural gas as a fuel, because of its economy, reliability and durability of the advantages of the industry, which has been widely promoted and applied. The Perkins generator utilizes a diesel engine to drive the generator, convert the energy of the diesel into electrical energy.

In the diesel engine cylinder, filtered clean air and the high-pressure atomized diesel fully mixed, in the piston upstream extrusion, the volume shrinks, the temperature rose rapidly to reach the ignition of diesel. Diesel is lit, mixed gas burns violently, the volume swells rapidly, pushing the piston down, called 'work'. The cylinder in turn, the thrust acting on the piston through the connecting rod into a force to promote the crankshaft rotation, thereby driving the crankshaft rotation. Using the rotation of the diesel engine to drive the rotor of the generator, the use of 'electromagnetic induction' principle, the generator will output the induced electromotive force, the closed load circuit can produce current.
