The turbochargers used in the turbocharger model of the generator set are all radial exhaust turbochargers. The oil of the turbocharger is drawn from the main oil passage of the engine. After lubricating and cooling the turbocharger, the oil is directly returned to the lower part of the crankcase.

1. Ensuring good lubrication is very important to the work of the turbocharger, so it is necessary to clean or replace the oil filter regularly. As the turbine wheel rotates at high speed, dirty oil or poor lubrication can cause damage to the turbocharger.

2. The supercharger works at a very high speed (about 70000 ~ 0000r/min), so after the diesel engine is started, it should be properly idling (about 5 minutes, and can be appropriately shortened when it is stopped for a short time) before loading. When the diesel engine is running at high speed and heavy load , Do not stop immediately, should gradually reduce the load and speed, and idling for 3-5 minutes, otherwise it will cause damage to the supercharger bearing and failure.

3. Regularly check the tightness and tightness of the pipes between the air filter and the supercharger, and the intake pipe between the supercharger and the engine, otherwise it will cause whistling.

4. Check the air filter according to the engine manual and clean or replace the filter element regularly.

5. Regularly remove the compressor casing and turbine casing, and clean the two impellers and the inner flow channels of the two casings. After the supercharger is disassembled, clean oil should be added to the oil inlet during assembly.

6. Special reminder: The supercharger rotor shaft is a precision high-speed rotating part, disassembly and collision are strictly prohibited, otherwise the factory guarantee will be invalid.
