How to prevent the temperature of diesel generators from being too high? When the engine is working, the coolant vapor enters and expands into the box, and then passes through the radiator after cooling, which can prevent a large amount of evaporation loss of the coolant and increase the boiling point temperature of the coolant. The cooling system uses high-quality coolant with anti-corrosion, sudden boiling, anti-freezing and anti-scaling. It must be sealed in use to accept the effect.

Keeping the exterior and interior of the cooling system clean is one of the important conditions for improving the heat dissipation performance. If the outside of the radiator adheres to mud, oil, or the radiator, which is deformed due to collision, it will affect the passage of wind, and the heat dissipation effect of the radiator will deteriorate, and the coolant temperature will be too high. Therefore, once this happens to the diesel generator radiator, it must be cleaned or repaired immediately. In addition, if scale, silt, and oil accumulate in the cooling water tank of the diesel generator, it will affect the heat transfer of the coolant. If you add inferior coolant and water, the scale of the cooling system will increase, but the heat transfer capacity of scale is only one-tenth of that of metal, and the cooling effect will be worse. Therefore, please add high-quality coolant to the cooling system.

When the amount of coolant maintains sufficient engine cooling, the liquid level of the coolant should be between the highest and lowest marks of the expansion tank. If the liquid level is lower than the lowest mark of the expansion tank, it should be added immediately. Note that the coolant in the expansion tank will not be full. There should be swelling and yorland.

Keep the fan belt tension properly. The fan belt is too loose and the water pump speed is too low, which affects the circulation of the cooling liquid and accelerates the belt wear. However, if the tape is too tight, the water pump bearings will wear out. In addition, the tape must not be stained with oil. Therefore, please check and adjust the tension of the fan tape regularly.

Finally, avoid heavy load operation of diesel generators, too long time, heavy engine load, and excessive coolant temperature. The machinery room is well ventilated, especially the water tank is well exhausted, and the floor is clean. Be careful not to show oil, dust, etc.
