1. The storage location of the fuel tank must be safe to prevent fire. The fuel tank or barrel should be placed alone in a visible place, properly away from the diesel generator, and smoking is strictly prohibited.

2. If the user makes the fuel tank by himself, please note that the fuel tank of the spare diesel generator is made of stainless steel or steel plate. Do not paint or galvanize the inside of the fuel tank, because they will chemically react with diesel fuel, which may cause diesel generators. Damaged impurities and reduced diesel quality, cleanliness and combustion power.

3. After the fuel tank is placed, the highest oil level should not be 2.5 meters higher than the base of the diesel generator. If the oil level of a large oil depot is higher than 2.5 meters, a daily fuel tank should be added between the large oil depot and the diesel generator to make direct delivery. The oil pressure is not more than 2.5 meters. Even when the diesel generator is closed, the fuel is not allowed to flow into the diesel engine through the fuel inlet pipeline or fuel injection pipeline by gravity.

4. The resistance at the oil port is not allowed to exceed the rule value of the clean filter element on the function data sheet of all diesel generators. This resistance value is based on half the fuel in the fuel tank.

5. The direction of the fuel supply pipe end of the fuel tank should be about 50mm higher than the bottom of the diesel generator fuel tank to prevent sediment and water from being sucked into the fuel supply pipe.

6. The connection of the fuel return pipeline should not cause shock waves in the fuel pipeline of the diesel generator.

7. The fuel capacity in the fuel tank should ensure daily daily supply.

8. The fuel supply and return area of the fuel tank should be provided with perforated partitions to reduce the heat exchange of the diesel generator.
