The main purpose of the diesel generator control panel is to distribute the electrical energy output by the generator to the user load or the electrical equipment. It is also used to indicate the operation of the diesel generator and to maintain the voltage stability of the generator under load changes. The control panel is generally equipped with a voltmeter, a frequency meter, an ammeter, a power meter, a three-phase current conversion switch, a three-phase voltage conversion switch, a voltage setting knob, and various indicator lights.
When the mains grid stops supplying power or the mains voltage is lower than 80% of the rated value, the diesel generator set will start automatically. After the startup is successful, the load will be supplied with power. The whole process of one-time startup is controlled within 15 seconds, with remote interface. The start delay can be set to realize automatic start and stop of the generator set.
The diesel generator piston set consists of a piston, a piston ring and a piston pin. The piston is the pressure of the gas and transmits the force to the crankshaft via the connecting rod. The working condition of the piston is very bad. It is continuously moving at high speed and reciprocating linear motion under the action of high temperature and high pressure gas. Due to the reciprocating inertial force of the periodically changing gas pressure, the piston is subjected to large mechanical and thermal loads, and uneven temperature distribution causes thermal stress. Therefore, the piston must not be too heavy and have sufficient strength and rigidity.
The fuel speed control system is the main component of the diesel engine. It consists of oil pump, fuel filter, fuel injection pump, governor, fuel injector, high pressure oil pipe oil return pipe.
