6K series motors are the electronic control high-pressure common-rail power generation diesel engine with Chinese propriety brands and intellectual property, being the perfect combination with 60 years' high speed diesel engine manufacturing technology of AVL. ACL team developed 6K just after finished DD13/DD15 design, 6K can compare favorably with DD13/DD15D.

Intelligent Electronic Control

It realizes the electronization of the diesel spray and speed control, and the exhaust after-treatment system makes the emission reach standard of Europe VI and the speed regulation performance is more excellent: the CAN trunk communication meter and the diesel engine control system share the data and can realize the remote control, which is the first-of-its-kind in China.

Integrated Whole Cylinder Head

The cylinder integrates the intake-tube, through the four-valve technology optimized by the international famous research and development institution, the oil and gas mixing is more uniform, the efficiency is higher, the combustion is more complete.

Top-Down Cooling

The cooling liquid is cooled flowing info the engine block from the cylinder head with a high flowing speed. The low-temperature cooling liquid prefers to cool the nose bridge zone of the cylinder head which need cooling most, this make cooling efficiency higher. So, the engines can bear the combustion pressure up to 220bar and the reliability of the engines achieves the historic leap.

High-Strength Vermicular Graphite Cast Iron Components

The main structure adopts the high-strengthen vermicular graphite cast iron structure and the weight of the motors decreases by 15% than that of the traditional motors.
